Returns & Refund Policy

At Anorih, we take great care in ensuring that every piece is delivered with the quality and finish our customers expect. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

-Returns or exchanges are available within the UAE only for:

-Regular size items

-Full price items

Requests must be made within the allowed return period after receiving your order, and the item must be:

-Unworn

-Unwashed

-Undamaged

-In its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

-Customized or made-to-order items

-International orders shipped outside the UAE

-Sale or discounted items

Refunds

For eligible UAE full price regular size orders, refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Eligible items within the UAE may also be exchanged subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered where applicable.

Important Notes

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Anorih reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
